Timetable
- Deadline for abstract submissions: 16 March 2026
- Decisions on abstract acceptance: Early May 2026
- Early bird conference booking deadline: 31 May 2026
We encourage all attendees to register as soon as possible after abstract decisions, both to take advantage of our early bird discount, and to ensure they can access conference accommodation at the pre-agreed rates. Reserved rooms will start to be released by hotels in early June, so we cannot guarantee availability and rates after this point.
