Climate change is increasingly reshaping the conditions that influence public safety. Yet research, policy, and practice remain fragmented across sectors.

The inaugural meeting at LEPH26 will bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to launch the GLEPHA Special Interest Group (SIG) on Climate Change and Public Safety. Through interactive discussions, participants will help shape the vision, priorities, and future activities of the SIG, an international network focused on advancing collaboration, research, policy, and practice at the intersection of climate change and public safety.
