Campus Accommodation
Accommodation on the University of Leeds campus is available to book until Friday 21 August, subject to availability. However, the number of rooms is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so book now to avoid disappointment.
This accommodation can be booked as part of the conference registration process. The cost is £65 per night for bed and breakfast. All bedrooms are single rooms suitable for single occupancy only. We are unable to offer double rooms at this location.

City Centre Accommodation
We have pre-agreed rates with several hotels in Leeds city centre for LEPH2026 delegates to book. To receive a booking code you must register for the conference first. The booking codes are contained within the confirmation email. All bookings are to be made directly with the hotel. LEPH2026 is not responsible for any bookings or arrangements made directly with these hotels.
Rates apply to a limited number of rooms for the nights of 6, 7 and 8 September. Additional nights, or rooms beyond this allocation, will be subject to availability and charged at the hotels’ standard rates.
Please note the room allocations we have negotiated at pre-agreed prices will only be held by the hotels until the dates indicated below. Thereafter we cannot guarantee availability or prices, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
